Excellent Location and Great Restaurant
Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel. The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to famous landmarks and the tourist area. The restaurant served traditional Mexican breakfast, which was delicious. The rooms were clean and had ample space.
The hotel lacks proper sound insulation, and it is very noisy around the central atrium area, even at midnight. The pool was not in great condition, and the shower's water pressure was insufficient.

During our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were delighted by the prime location in the heart of the city. The communal areas, such as the charming inner garden and beautiful courtyard, added to the overall aesthetic of the building and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the attentive service, with room service available for our convenience and a range of additional facilities including grocery shopping, medical assistance, and laundry services. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch and the tours and ticket assistance ensured we made the most of our time here.
